Moz

I worked in-house at Moz in various roles from 2020-2024. Moz is a B2B SEO software company. I started on the Customer Success team, moved to the Learning & Development team, and finished my time there on the Content Marketing team.

At Moz, I worked on educational and promotional content and marketing campaigns, including, coursework, blog posts, help pages, articles, guides, social media posts, images, video, and more.

Chelmsford Hypnotherapy

I built Chelmsford Hypnotherapy’s website from scratch using WordPress, and managed the full CMS migration. My client wanted a number of elements, such as a flexible theme where they could add video wherever they wanted, and could update the content themselves easily. They also wanted to update their service offering. I set out to secure all of those goals, and they were pleasantly satisfied with the results.

I helped them write all of the copy on the website, specifically focusing on writing landing page copy for their service offering. I installed Google Analytics to track their website traffic, monitored their performance on Google, and helped with review management.

To this day, their website is easily updated and adapted, and they perform particularly well on their local Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
